About Me

I trained as an Aesthetician at Champneys Tring in 1983 where I studied anatomy and physiology along with various body therapies including massage, diet and exercise. Since then I have worked within a lady’s Health Club, and had my own business in Clifton Bristol, before embarking in a career within the Corporate Sector.

Over the years, I maintained my interest in the mind, body area of health and science and continually deepened my own personal development in this field. I learned to meditate at eighteen when my parents enrolled our family in a private course. It has stayed with me ever since and I have been fortunate to have this tool to dip in and out of throughout my life.

After a sudden bereavement that affected my family and I greatly, I felt a strong need to nourish and reconnect with myself. To allow some stillness into what had been a prolonged period of emotional, physical and mental stress, that so many of us seem to go through in our lives. This period reiterated to me how precious our lives and relationships are. I knew I had to replenish the pot, not just for myself, but also in order to be there for those I love and care for.

I studied Reiki and it said that Reiki finds you when the time is right and I truly feel that it found me at a time that I needed it.

After my Reiki courses I studied to become a Meditation teacher with the only fully accredited Teacher Training Course BSoM (British School of Meditation). I would not be the person I am today without these beautiful practices being an integral part of my life now. They changed me and my outlook for the better.

I like to think that we are the creative directors of our lives as much as we can be.

I believe that one of the most important aspects of our lives is our relationships. People are my passion and through Reiki and Meditation we can find better ways of being and living and creating more loving relationships with ourselves and others.

It is this that I would like to share with you in my practices of these ancient wisdoms, with which you can rest, relax and rejuvenate.
